  This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The employees are clueless. In one just one visit, we experienced the following: 1) the cups were not marked (caffeine vs caffeine-free) so we didn't know which drink was which, 2) they didn't offer to refund the overage when the higher priced bagel that we paid for wasn't available, 2) he cashier started helping the lady behind us when we hadn't even placed our order yet.
  
  Really need to get a good manager in here.

  These guys get my order wrong 75% of the time. I think they just guess. When I ask them to correct it, they still don't get it right. I ask for light cream in my coffee, and I get a cup with white liquid in it, nearly completely white. When I ask for a shot of espresso, I rarely get that, it's not even on the ticket. Light cream doesn't mean light coffee. I can't go there anymore.
